Return Policy

All refund requests will be processed and returned to the Wallet of the user. All sales made on the Site / App will be considered/treated as final and will not be refunded to the user's bank account in any case whatsoever.

Upon requesting a refund, the user is giving permission to the Assurance Audit team to access the recording of consultation between the user and consultant, to determine whether the case is eligible or Unfit for Refund as per the refund policy. The Assurance Audit team's decision to consider the refund is at their discretion and the decision made by them will be considered final.

The Assurance Audit team will, diligently, provide refunds to users in their Wallet wherever quality standards are not met in accordance with the refund policy.

Refunds on Wallet will be enjoyed in the following cases:

  • Disruption to the telephone due to weak signal strength, background noise, inaudible Partner Consultant, etc.
  • A Consultant may not be able to respond effectively in the language specified in his or her profile.
  • A Consultant is found to be taking too long to respond to a user's question.
  • A Consultants is found to be providing an unnecessary or inappropriate answer to a question asked by a user. Refund can be requested by the user only on the same day within two hours of consultation.
  • No Refund request will be entertained after two hours of the consultationThe Consultation Platform does not take into account the accuracy of any consultations provided on the platform in any case.

No refunds will be considered after two hours of consultation and for lack of accuracy in any consultation.

The amount added to the Wallet will not be transferred and will not be refunded to the user’s bank account in any case whatsoever.
